All orders engage the customers to buy the products. In case of an exchange or refund, the products can only be returned by the post. You can return any item you are not completely happy with within 15 days of the dispatch date for an exchange or a full refund provided that they were neither washed, neither worn, nor ruffled. Special models made on demand and embroidered products will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
